MEET OUR TEAM

Michelle Goh

Dr. Michelle Goh

Veterinarian (BVSc)

Michelle graduated from Sydney University and leads our veterinary team at Strathmore. She has previously worked in regional NSW and the northern suburbs of Melbourne. Michelle brings a deep clinical knowledge base and surgical skillset to the practice which clients appreciate and know her for. In her spare time, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family, which includes her cat Kye and Moodle Coco. Michelle is currently on maternity leave.

Dr. Thulasi (Thulz) Sarvananthar

Veterinarian (BVSc, BVMS, MANCVS (Veterinary Behaviour))

Thulz graduated from Murdoch University and previously worked in several small animal clinics across Melbourne and Victoria before moving to the northern suburbs. She's a highly experienced and compassionate consulting vet who enjoys all aspects of her work - from meeting playful new puppies to supporting senior pets through their golden years. Outside the clinic, Thulz loves getting creative with knitting and other crafts, baking, trying out different cuisines, and planning her next travel adventure.

Dr. Jordis Scheidegger

Veterinarian (DVM)

Jordis graduated from the University of Melbourne but originally hails from Switzerland. She spent several years working in the northern suburbs of Melbourne before joining Strathmore Vet. She is an experienced general practitioner who enjoys both consulting and surgery. Outside of work, she enjoys soccer, yoga and spending time with her partner and three cats Badger, Panda and Mouse.

Andrea Blandthorn

Head Veterinary Nurse (Cert IV)

Andrea has been a dedicated vet nurse at Strathmore for over 5 years and now leads our team as Head Nurse. Calm, capable, and experienced, she’s the one everyone turns to when there’s a job to be done. She loves being in surgery, where her passion and skill ensure excellent patient care. Andrea also manages our social media accounts with a warm, personal touch. At home, she enjoys life with her dogs Ralph, Chuck, and Winston, her blue-tongue lizards Bruce and Borris, and dreams of owning a pet pig one day — her favourite animal. She also runs @ralph.and.winston on Instagram!

Alison

Alison Brown

Veterinary Nurse (BVN)

Alison has been a valued member of the Strathmore team for over four years. Small but mighty, she’s always ready to take on any challenge — whether it’s a tiny kitten or a large, energetic dog. Known as our resident “cat whisperer,” she’s the go-to nurse for wrangling even the sassiest of felines with patience and care. Alison loves being in surgery and comforting every pet that walks through our doors. At home, she has a chihuahua, Mia (pictured), and two cats, Felix & Edwin. Outside of work, she enjoys crafting, cross stitching, reading, gaming, and spending time with family and friends.

Machelle Caruana

Veterinary Nurse

Mac has been an integral part of Strathmore Vet since the beginning of time. She’s a true cornerstone of the clinic, known for her big heart, quick wit, and a special love for all the fiery little dogs that come through the door. She keeps things running with warmth, humour, and the kind of calm that only comes from years of experience (and probably a few cups of tea). At home, Mac is kept busy by her two spirited Jack Russell Terriers, Shirley Mae and Billy Rae. When she’s not wrangling terriers, she enjoys gardening and relaxing with a good book.

Kathleen Blandthorn

Veterinary Nurse (Cert IV)

Kathleen has been part of Strathmore Vet Clinic for over 3 years, bringing joy, laughter, and bright patterned scrubs to the team. A self-declared “Fun Scrub Fanatic,” she loves cuddling puppies and kittens, especially when they visit for the first time—good luck getting them back! She enjoys caring for her senior patients, providing them with the attention they deserve, and offering calm, compassionate care during their most challenging moments. At home, she has 3 dogs: Chuck, Ralph and Winston, and 2 blue tongue lizards: Bruce and Borris. Outside of work, she enjoys volunteering at the animal shelter, baking, crafting, training Ralph in flyball, and running @ralph.and.winston on Instagram.

Grace Scriva

Grace Scriva

Veterinary Nurse (Cert IV)

Grace has recently re-joined the Strathmore Vet team after a brief departure in 2023. Known for her cheerful nature and warm demeanour, Grace is excited to be reconnecting with some of her favourite furry patients. She greets everyone with a big smile and a tasty treat. As a passionate vet nurse, she enjoys all areas of nursing and is thrilled to be back doing what she loves. At home, Grace enjoys reading, spending time with her stylish Bichon cross Kaya, and also loves sewing and crafting.

Chloè Evans

Veterinary Nurse (BVN)

Chloè recently joined the Strathmore Veterinary Clinic team, bringing with her several years of prior vet nursing experience. From her very first day, she hit the ground running and quickly became a valued member of the team. She has a special interest in dentistry and hopes to one day work with zoo animals. Known for her friendly nature and can-do attitude, Chloè brings warmth and enthusiasm to every shift. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, relaxing with her cats, reading, travelling, watching F1, and catching a good theatre show.

Trainee Veterinary Nurse

Alicia joined the Strathmore Vet team in 2025 and brings years of experience caring for animals and wildlife through her previous work with the RSPCA. She has a soft spot for for Labrador Retrievers and cats.

Anthony is the Practice Manager and owner at Strathmore Vet Clinic. He plays a vital role in supporting the team and ensuring the clinic runs seamlessly each day. Known for his friendly and approachable nature, Anthony enjoys being hands-on and working alongside the team whenever needed. If you see him around the clinic, feel free to stop and say hello.
