Please fill out the form below to request a repeat medication. One of our veterinarians will review your request and we will send you an SMS when it is ready for collection. Payment may be processed at the time of collection or over the phone, depending on your preference.
Pets with ongoing medication are required to be checked by a veterinarian every 6 months, in accordance with AVA guidelines. You will be contacted by a member of staff if your pet is due for a vet review or if we need to clarify some information before dispensing the requested medication.
It may take up to 3 business days to process your request. If you have an urgent request, or have not heard back from the clinic, please call us at 9379 3438.
